Welcome to Paranoid Robot Press

We’re a small, independent press devoted to the strange side of speculative fiction: stories that feel intercepted rather than invented—transmissions from broken futures, field notes from haunted systems, folktales rewritten by technology, nightmares wearing the mask of logic.

Our guiding obsession is simple: wonder that bites.

We love pulp momentum and polished craft. Big ideas that actually matter to the characters. Horror that earns its dread. Fantasy that doesn’t behave. Sci‑fi that makes you feel complicit.

Myth, Remade

We have a particular appetite for stories that remake folklore and mythology - not as comfort, but as a live wire.

Give us gods who become fragile, demons who inherit responsibility, saints who break, monsters who were right all along. We love role reversals, corrupted miracles, bargains that work and still ruin you, and divinity forced to endure human limits: hunger, loneliness, grief, tenderness, shame.

If it reads like an old myth running on new circuitry, you’re in our neighborhood.
